Global Market Leadership Award
Market analysis and consulting firm Frost & Sullivan recognized Endress+Hauser with the Global Market Leadership Award for electromagnetic flowmeters, of which more than two million are currently deployed around the world. In selecting Endress+Hauser, the jury highlighted the company’s focus on customer intimacy and quality management.
Awards for iTHERM TrustSens
Endress+Hauser Wetzer was recognized multiple times for the iTHERM TrustSens thermometer. After earning distinction in France (Mesures, CFIA) and the Czech Republic (Zlatý Amper), the world’s first self-calibrating thermometer received two of the industry’s most coveted awards. The Hermes Award was presented during the Hannover Fair in the presence of German Chancellor Angela Merkel. The sensor also prevailed against 35 other candidates to win the AMA Innovation Award sponsored by the AMA Association for Sensors and Measurement in Germany. The award, which is bestowed based on a solution’s degree of innovation, originality and market relevance, goes directly to the research and development team concerned.
The Red Dot Design Award
The jury of the Red Dot Design Awards was also persuaded by Endress+Hauser’s ability to innovate. In the product design category, the Picomag scored both for its functionality and compactness. This internationally recognized seal of quality is given to products that feature superior design.
StarAudit certification for high security standards
Endress+Hauser is the first industrial company to receive StarAudit certification from EuroCloud, an organization that promotes cloud computing. Being thus certified is testimony to the implementation of high security standards in web-based services.
The German Innovation Award
Last but not least, Endress+Hauser was called up to the winner’s podium twice during the German Innovation Awards. The Promass Q won the Gold Award, while the Proline 300/500 family walked away with the top spot in the connectivity category. The jury evaluates nominated products based on their degree of innovation, user benefits and cost-effectiveness.
